Who has the most enthusiastic and committed staff?
Well here are a couple of contenders - Magenta Living, one of the Digital Deal projects was able to employ two Digital Inclusion Promotional Assistants thanks to the Digital Deal. The key quality they were looking for was enthusiasm.

As I come to the end of my visits around some of the Digital Deal projects I had time to reflect on some of the great an innovative projects that I have learnt about and had the chance to experience: this was no exception.

I was fascinated by Moat's decision to create a 3-star, 4-star and 5-star service to its residents, per http://www.guardian.co.uk/housing-network/2012/dec/03/moat-promise-tiered-social-housing-service
Do you think the time is right to introduce a tiered service for those that transact with you digitally? What do you see are the opportunities and the challenges in making…Continue

The Digital Housing Hub would like to find out how its members are currently using digital tools to assist them in their daily working lives.
We’ve created a very short survey of 4 questions at https://www.research.net/s/KCWKZ33 for you to complete. It would be great if you could spend just five minutes of your time letting us know.

I’ve now enabled a ‘beta’ feature from Ning called ‘Digests’ on the Digital Housing Hub. This feature allows you to choose to receive daily summaries of updates to content you follow, rather than getting individual notifications for each new activity.
Digests are a great way to keep updated on the content you follow without being inundated with notifications. Instead, you can choose to receive one daily email summarizing all of the activity you normally get individual,…

What key things would YOU recommend to someone who is new to the Digital Housing Hub?
Here are mine:
- Upload a photo to your profile. An arty head shot is great, but so is your organisation logo or something a little more random that expresses something about you. [Home > My settings] or click here

If you're a Lord of the Rings film fan, you'll no doubt remember Frodo saying to Sam: "If I take one more step it'll be the farthest away from The Shire I've ever been". Well, this morning I am beginning to feel the same way.
When I look back at the distance we've come as a Strategy Group it amazes me how much we have achieved in a relatively short period of time, and with a relatively few number of meetings. The Fellowship has grown and grown too, with lots of people…Continue
