Use this online learning platform with residents to develop basic online skills. Once they’ve learned the online basics, they can 

move on to more detailed courses in a variety of subjects, including Making Money Work, Universal Jobmatch, Doing more with NHS Choices, and Skills and Careers Online.

Free to use, this platform yields additional benefits to registered members of the UK online centres network, offering detailed personal data on digital inclusion activity, to monitor the success of your programmes.

Online Basics Qualifications

Want to offer a nationally-recognised qualification to your residents? It’s simple to become a City & Guilds accredited centre via Tinder Foundation’s super-centre status and help your residents gain a level 1 Online Basics qualification.

Social Housing events

There are regular Social Housing Providers Digital Inclusion Strategy Group events held throughout the year. We also encourage members to add other housing events to the calendar, so everyone benefits from different housing events around the country.

If you’re looking for tools to help you connect with your community or run successful community projects, Community How To is the site to help you find what works for you. Offering peer-recommendations for digital tools and websites, alongside guides and tips on how to get the best from them, this site will help you do more more easily.
