What do we think of the idea of a Digital Inclusion Charter for Rotherham? Could be modeled on this one

What do you think a digital inclusion charter for Rotherham should include? What should it not say?

Preferred the names you suggested yesterday - they were in plain English.

A Rotherham digital inclusion charter and developing it maybe something we could all work towards and  get behind.
